The multi-award-winning golf course in Dalat, Vietnam, is located at an altitude of around 1,500 metres in a picturesque hilly landscape. There was already a 9-hole course here in 1922, which was reopened as an 18-hole course in 1994. Some of the holes are steep and offer impressive views of Xuan Huong Lake. Water plays a role in ten of the holes, while generous greens challenge your skills. Twin Doves Golf Club Saigon offers 27 holes of international standard and is located near Saigon. Other amenities include a pro shop and villa accommodation. The course is located about 120 kilometres from Ho Chi Minh City.
The Dong Nai Golf Resort, located around 50 kilometres north of Ho Chi Minh City on Cloudy River Lake, is one of the most impressive golf courses in southern Vietnam. Since its opening in 1997, the course has offered 27 unique holes spread over 3 x 9 holes with long fairways and numerous water hazards. The golf course was designed by Ward W. Northrup and comprises 27 holes with a par of 72/36 over 6,836 yards. Facilities include a driving range, e-carts, trolleys and clubs, which are available for a fee. The resort is about an hour's drive from Ho Chi Minh City towards Phan Thiet.
The Sam Tuyen Lam Golf Resort is picturesquely situated on Tuyen Lam Lake, near Dalat. The Sea Links Golf Club Phan Thiet, a challenging links course, is picturesquely situated in the dunes on the coast of Phan Thiet/Mui Ne and offers spectacular sea views. It was built in 2008 and is one of the most difficult of its kind in Asia. The 18-hole course (par 72, 7,623 yards) requires a well-thought-out game strategy due to its undulating greens and constant tropical wind. As the only golf course in the region after the closure of the Ocean Dunes Golf Course, the club also offers a spacious driving range, hire facilities for e-carts and clubs and a clubhouse with beach views.
