Our history

Anett Tanger founded the company Tanger Travel Golf GmbH in 2004. It started with a golf tour operator on the Baltic Sea, but this no longer exists. The next big project was Golfasien.de. This website still belongs to us and offers our customers numerous possibilities for their golf vacation in Asia. Thanks to our many years of experience in golf tourism, combined with high quality standards and the desire to make the trips a real vacation experience for our customers, we have become a leading provider of golf and cultural trips to Asia.

In times of Corona, the project Golftravel.world was created and brought to life by Anett and now also Ibeth. Exciting golf trips can also be booked here outside of Asia, e.g. in Europe or Africa. Our experienced golfers and travelers put together the perfect trip for every customer according to their wishes.

Anett Tanger

Anett has been the successful CEO of Tanger Travel Golf GmbH for more than 20 years. With her extensive experience in the field of exclusive golf travel, she has made it her mission to offer her customers unforgettable experiences.
Asia in particular is close to her heart, as she knows the region very well from numerous trips. With GolfAsien.de, she has established a well-known brand for golf trips to Asia in Germany, Switzerland and Austria.
The site golftravel.world was a long-cherished project of Anett - to develop a travel platform where customers can book all components of a golf trip directly online.
In addition to her passion for travel and her love of golf, Anett is also interested in art and culture. In her own studio, she dedicates herself to working with glass and art.

Yvonne Wolf

Yvonne is an experienced golfer and passionate organizer of golf trips. With over 10 years of experience in golf tourism, she plans customized trips that are perfectly tailored to the needs of her clients.
Yvonne has travelled to many destinations herself and has acquired an in-depth knowledge of the best golf courses worldwide. Her personal experiences are incorporated into her travel plans to create unforgettable experiences.
In addition to golf, Yvonne also enjoys windsurfing, hiking and mountain biking. These activities reflect her love of nature and an active lifestyle.
Yvonne combines her professional expertise in golf tourism with her passion for travelling and sports to create unique and unforgettable golf trips.

Grete Vällo

Sales and marketing manager

Grete is our only Estonian, working from Tallinn office. She started to work in tourism in 2006, so almost 20 years experience in tourism. She is also a passionate golfer and been working in golf tourism now more than 7 years. She loves sports and being active, goes to the gym quite often, rides a bike, likes long walks. Her star is her daughter Steffi, who also has her own golf set already. With all the experience Grete has gained, travelling across the world, she has a good knowledge about organizing golf trips for individuals but also for groups. She is also our tour leader for Estonian golf groups and travels with groups 2-3 times a year.

Ibeth Lozada

Ibeth was born in Ecuador and has lived in Germany since 2003. After completing her Master's degree in Tourism Management, she worked for various tour operators, acquired a wealth of knowledge about destinations and gained experience with customers. In her private life, Ibeth enjoys traveling, which is not only her profession but also her passion. She has already explored many countries, she loves nature and is interested in art, architecture and traditions of other countries. She prefers to travel far away from mass tourism and loves individual experiences and authentic encounters while traveling. Ibeth has been with us since 2019, she has learned to play golf and has already played on several international golf courses.

Juliane Buchholtz

Online marketing manager

Juliane has been responsible for our online brand presence since May 2024. She has studied for a long time, starting with a bachelor's degree in business psychology, where she discovered her passion for marketing. She then deepened her expertise in a Master's degree in Business Administration in Leipzig and in particular in the field of digital marketing during a semester abroad in France. She spends a lot of her free time outdoors or with her friends at various music festivals. She also enjoys skiing in winter and is passionate about dancing.
She is still inexperienced at golf, but is nevertheless very enthusiastic about the sport and would like to improve her skills. She has already tried her first tee shots.

Adis Acosta

Dual student in tourism management

Adis has been working with us as a dual student in Tourism Management since January 2024. Her free time is filled with sporting activities, which mean a lot to her and make up a large part of her life. Adis has been doing professional cheerleading for 11 years now and she regularly goes to the gym to stay fit. This not only takes up a lot of time but also brings her immense joy. Although she has no experience in Golf yet, she is very excited to learn more about this sport and gain new experiences in the future. Golf fascinates her because it’s a different kind of challenge, and she is looking forward to see how she can develop in this area.
