An innovative travel planner ensures that various databases are queried in the background, so that you can see daily updated prices and special offers for hotels, flights, rental cars and golf packages and have a wide choice.

Similar to hotel booking sites (e.g. Booking) or flight booking sites, prices are flexible until the final booking is completed.

All bookings via the platform are subject to the requirements of EU package travel law. Thus, you book individually according to your wishes and have the protection of a tour operator.

The easiest way to book your golf vacation here is to choose one of our numerous travel suggestions and customize it according to your wishes. 

Once you have created your desired trip, save it. You will receive a link by email and you can return to your planning at any time, for example because you want to discuss the trip with family or friends.

Try it out and discover the many possibilities and destinations for your next golf trip. You can also book a vacation trip without golf, then simply remove the golf packages.

 As long as you have not made a binding booking for the trip and entered your credit card details, it remains a non-binding offer where availability and prices (especially for hotels and flights) can change at any time.

The booking of tee times for your golf rounds is done differently, according to the conditions in each country. We have signed contracts with numerous golf courses and agencies for this purpose.

Some golf courses (especially in tourist regions, such as Spain or Portugal) confirm specific tee times well in advance. At other golf courses, the requests are registered, but the concrete tee time is only finally confirmed a few weeks beforehand.

Golf courses which host many tournaments or have a large number of members often reserve the right to confirm or change tee times for guests only at short notice. At these courses, the weekends should be avoided if possible, since there are often changes by the golf courses. The courses are often very full and green fees are often significantly more expensive on weekends.

When booking, we ask for your preferred tee time, the desired golf days and, if necessary, special requirements for the golf rounds. Should there be any changes, we will contact you.

We plan our sample offers with hotels, golf packages and generally with a rental car. Sometimes special excursions are also included.

The hotels which we offer are good and have 4 stars. Our rented cars are class A (small car) and the golf packages are also often subject to seasonal fluctuations in the prices.

The system calculates an average price for the offer from the various components of the trip. Depending on the season for the requested dates, the prices will be adjusted automatically depending on the availability of hotels and rental cars as well as the seasonal times of the golf packages.

Flights are generally not included in our offers at the beginning of your planning. You select these towards the end of your travel planning or you can also remove the option of booking flights.

In our offers we have a selection of hotels that we recommend. These are usually 4 star and 5 star hotels. If these hotels are available on your travel date, you will see the recommended hotels first. You are welcome to view other hotels by specifying criteria, for example. On the map next to it you can see the location of the hotels and find numerous other details as well as ratings. 

If you click on the selected hotel, you will see the available room categories, whether breakfast is included or half board is available. Since different hotel databases are used, the name for one and the same room category is sometimes slightly different and the prices also vary. Here you can choose the best price for the room category you want.

You can find a variety of flights and flight offers in the available databases. Low budget and charter flights can also be found here.

Please take care when booking your luggage. Additional costs for luggage and golf bags are not always clearly stated in these databases.

Please contact us if you are unsure. You can also book flights without luggage, if you have found a very attractive price or connection. We book the luggage for you manually afterwards at your cost. Golf bags are generally only manually bookable afterwards with many airlines.

The costs for golf luggage currently start at 50 € per bag and can be as much as 200 € per bag. Often it is easier to rent clubs on site.

Once you have decided on a trip, you confirm it accordingly online. The down payment of the trip is made by credit card. The remaining balance for the trip is due 30 days before departure. You can choose between invoice or renewed credit card payment.

If you depart 30 days or less after the date of booking, the full cost of the trip is due immediately.

During the booking process you will be informed in detail about payment methods.

For many regions you can rent golf clubs directly at the airport. This is usually cheaper than the additional costs of the airlines, which charge horrendous fees for the transport of golf bags. (per route and bag between 50 € and 200 €, depending on the airline).

The club sets are usually brand new and current models. They are usually handed over to you at the airport, or sometimes directly at the hotel.

We have marked these offers as Stay and Play or Special.

You can book the offers in the same way as other trips immediately and directly and we will confirm the booking immediately. However, since some things are still done manually between us and the hotels, we need the confirmation of the hotels first. If there is a need for clarification, we will contact you immediately.
